One of the most prominent voices among conservatives for decades now is Rush Limbaugh. He is considered a hero among Republican activists, but he’s been having quite a tough time recently, as he is secretly battling Stage 4 lung cancer. As sad as it is to even think about it, this man might not have another Christmas left to talk to his listeners, so he isn’t wasting anything on this one.
To go into details, Limbaugh signed off this year with a powerful message for the holiday season. In his remarks, he went hard against Joe Biden who promised “dark days” for the country.
To put it shortly, Limbaugh doesn’t agree with the president-elect. In fact, he is in very good spirit and wants to share his hopeful perspective for the country, no matter what happens.
According to information, he stated “For example, the alleged president-elect, Joe Biden, holiday message: ‘Our darkest days are ahead of us.’ Well, for some of us that’s absolutely true.”
“But, folks, I have to tell you, if I were president-elect of the country, it’s the last thing I would say,” he continued. “Even if I believed it, I doubt that I would put it this way. But I don’t believe this anyway.”
“It’s never, ever gonna be time to give up on our country. It will never be time to give up on the United States. It will never be time to give up on yourself. Trust me.”
Pretty motivational from a man who currently seems to have the world on his shoulders. Exactly the uplifting spirit we need from a leader. We don’t need someone to tell us to prepare for ‘dark days’ as that’s only going to cause more panic, anticipation and fear in people.
We need someone who will stand right next to us and tell us that whatever comes our way, it’s gonna be worth the fight!
And we couldn’t agree more.
